As an English man in Holland I have been struggling to find any consistent information (in english) on if and when Microsoft and NL/EU Cable companies intend to provide this service here.
Knowing that the US and now even the UK (with linkage to Sky) have very broad scale PCTV services, is very frsutrating.
I will subscribe to your blog and would be pleased if you can keep this subject updated if you hear of any positice movements.
